To prevent false alarms clients can set up filters with minimum number of calls per sample and by limiting alarm active time.
Alarms can be delivered as email or as SMS/text message.
Alerts can be set based on:
Aggregate quality on the switch
Quality per Client
Quality per Carrier
Quality per Country
Quality per Destination
Quality per individual IP address or Trunk Group
Any combination of the above
